The treatment

More than a temporary glow

Renew the surface.
Remodel what sits beneath.

From our mid thirties, collagen production slows and years of sun exposure become more visible. Fine lines remain after moisturiser. Old scars catch the light. Makeup sits differently. Creams can hydrate the surface, but they cannot create the same controlled remodelling response as an ablative fractional CO₂ laser.

Our laser creates a precise pattern of microscopic treatment columns. The surrounding skin remains intact to support healing while the treated areas trigger renewal and gradual collagen remodelling.

Honest guidance

What recovery really looks like

Redness, warmth, swelling, dryness, bronzing and peeling can occur. The most visible recovery is commonly around four to eight days. Redness or sensitivity may last longer depending on treatment intensity and individual healing.

CO₂ may not be suitable during pregnancy, with active infection, certain conditions or medications, a tendency to abnormal scarring, or when recent sun exposure raises the risk of complications. Deeper skin tones require particularly careful assessment.

Your questions

Before you book

Clear answers.
No unrealistic promises.

Is fractional CO₂ laser painful?+

This is an intensive resurfacing treatment, not a relaxing facial. Topical numbing is used where appropriate, but you may still feel heat or discomfort.

How much downtime should I plan?+

Plan for visible redness, dryness, bronzing or peeling for approximately four to eight days. Swelling may be most noticeable during the first 24 to 48 hours.

When will I see a result?+

Your skin may begin to look fresher once the initial healing settles. Improvements in texture and firmness develop progressively because collagen remodelling takes time.

Will one session be enough?+

This depends on your concern, its severity, treatment intensity and your goal. Deeper lines or scars may require a planned course.

Is CO₂ suitable for every skin tone?+

No laser treatment is suitable for everyone. Deeper skin tones can have a higher risk of post inflammatory pigmentation and require careful assessment.

Can consultation and treatment take place on the same day?+

Yes. Your consultation is completed at the beginning of your appointment and, if there are no contraindications, treatment can usually take place during the same visit.

Your next step

Stop spending on treatments that cannot reach the concern you want to change.

Start with a professional assessment. We will examine your skin, explain what fractional CO₂ can realistically achieve and tell you honestly whether it is right for you.
